DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Donald J. Potter from a purported judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 30, 2019. By order to show cause dated December 17, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no judgment was rendered by the County Court, Orange County, on October 30, 2019, in the above-entitled action.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
