| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by ABM Janitorial Services Northeast, Inc., to extend the time to serve and file a brief and, in effect, to direct Richard Skerrett to correct the covers of the joint record and his brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 20, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time of ABM Janitorial Services Northeast, Inc., to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of ABM Janitorial Services Northeast, Inc., to serve and file a brief is extended until March 30, 2020, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the defendants third-party plaintiffs-respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 29, 2020, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
