Application by Jacqueline Slapo, as executor of the estate of Daniel Slapo, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Daniel Slapo, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 7, 2018, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Jacqueline Slapo, as executor of the estate of Daniel Slapo, is substituted for the deceased appellant Daniel Slapo, and the caption is amended accordingly.
