Motion by Deidre S. Venables, Marianne M. Farrell, A. Edward Patmos III, Edith Greenlaw, David Mambrino, Tata Hakimi Mambrino, Gregg Lubonty, and John G. Himmer to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 25, 2017, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 27, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
