It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant is granted. The defendant appellant shall perfect his appeal for the September 2020 term the filing deadline for which is July 15, 2020. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before August 6, 2020; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before August 14, 2020. In the event that the defendant-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing conditions, plaintiff-respondent, may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
