| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated June 18, 2019, to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), and for 10 minutes of oral argument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court are accepted for filing, the appellant is deemed to have requested 10 minutes for oral argument (see 22 NYCRR 1250.8[a]), and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 3, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
