Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 29, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until March 19, 2020, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
