DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 16, 2019, and January 24, 2019, respectively, insofar as purportedly taken on behalf of the estate of Elizabeth Licata. Separate motion by the appellants, inter alia, to hold the appeals in abeyance.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondents' motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellants' motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondents' motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied.
