Renewed motion by the plaintiff-respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated February 24, 2017, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated September 18, 2019, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to serving the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 7, 2020, and the notice of entry of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 7, 2020, on Bais Ruchel High School, Inc. (see CPLR 5519[e][ii]).
