ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 25, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 20, 2018, and September 9, 2019, respectively, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the word "appeals" and substituting therefor the word "appeal."
