Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered August 8, 2018, and December 6, 2018, and for an order consolidating those appeals with the appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered September 11, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, the time to perfect the consolidated appeals is extended to March 23, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
