Application by defendant, pursuant to CPL 245.70 (6), for expedited review of an order of the County Court of Saratoga County (Murphy III, J.), dated February 26, 2020, which, among other things, granted the People's application for a protective order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application by defendant and the papers filed by the People under seal with this Court, and having heard oral argument thereon from counsel for defendant and counsel for the People, it is

ORDERED that, upon expedited review pursuant to CPL 245.70 (6), the application to reverse the protective order is denied.
