Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, entered March 1, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before April 3, 2020; and it is further

ORDERED that is the appeal is not perfected on or before April 3, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or the respondent may move on three days' notice to dismiss the appeal and may serve the appellant in person.
