Application by Carmela Colletti, as executor of the estate of Anthony Colletti, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Anthony Colletti, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 31, 2017, and an order of the same court, entered February 1, 2018, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Carmela Colletti, as executor of the estate of Anthony Colletti, is substituted for the deceased respondent Anthony Colletti, and the caption is amended accordingly.
