Motion by New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal to consolidate appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 8, 2018, and an order of the same court dated December 21, 2018, with appeals from two orders of the same court, entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, respectively, to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from the order and judgment entered August 8, 2018, and the order dated December 21, 2018, with the appeals from the orders entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, is granted, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal's time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered April 10, 2019, and June 10, 2019, is extended until April 6, 2020, and the record or appendix on those appeals and New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal's briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied.
