2020-00099 In the Matter of Malachi Chapman, appellant, v Tashana Maycock, respondent. (Docket No. V-2012-15/18L)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Malachi Chapman from a purported order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2019. By order to show cause dated February 5, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BALKIN, J.P., LEVENTHAL, MILLER and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
