ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 29, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2018, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "January 4, 2018" and substituting therefor the words "January 24, 2018."
