On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2020, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 29, 2018, and January 23, 2019, respectively, and the denial of an application to sign an order to show cause of that court which occurred on June 26, 2019, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "June 26, 2019" and substituting the words " January 23, 2019", and by deleting from the the first, second, and third paragraphs thereof the words "which occurred on January 23, 2019" and substituting therefor the words "which occurred on June 26, 2019."
