DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Lisa K. Jewell from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 24, 2018. By scheduling order of this Court dated January 17, 2020, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until February 7, 2020. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
