Appeal by Raelene O Birkett from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2019. By scheduling order dated January 15, 2020, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until February 10, 2020. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
