Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders and one amended order of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated March 18, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals are consolidated; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and by serving and filing the brief on the appeals is extended until April 13, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
