Motion by respondent for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in opposition to a motion by appellant seeking leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order of this court dated November 22, 2019, which determined an appeal from an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 2, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as moot, as appellant's motion was denied in a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 27, 2020.
