DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered November 22, 2019, to stay enforcement of a final judgment of that court entered February 6, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, without prejudice to renewal in the event the stay of enforcement of the final judgment granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 23, 2019 under appeal No. 2019-476 K C is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appeal No. 2019-476 K C and appeal No. 2020-372 K C are consolidated to the extent that they may be perfected with a single brief bearing both appeal numbers and that oral argument of both appeals, if requested, may be had at the same time.
