The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Yessenia Vasquez, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Stony Point, Rockland County, rendered April 16, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before April 3, 2020; and it is further

ORDERED that if the appeal is not perfected by April 3, 2020, the court, on it own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or, the respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may serve such application on respondent in person.
