An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 14, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal (M-8989), And the People having cross-moved to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the order from which the appeal was taken is not an appealable order pursuant to CPL 450.10 (M-69), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect the aforesaid appeal is denied as academic (M-8989).
