DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Applications by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 11, 2019. Certain of the applications were granted by orders on applications of this Court dated February 18, 2020, March 4, 2020, and March 9, 2020, entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time."

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the orders on applications of this Court dated February 18, 2020, March 4, 2020, and March 9, 2020, are amended by deleting therefrom the entries concerning the above-entitled matter; and it is further,

ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until May 5, 2020, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
