Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeals taken herein from an order and judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered November 16, 2018, and November 19, 2018, and to put the appeals over term,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time is extended to April 8, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals are removed from the Court's April 6, 2020 day calendar, and are added to the term of this Court commencing May 11, 2020.
