| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 5, 2019. This Court noticed the matter for a CAMP conference on February 26, 2020, and the appellant failed to appear at the conference without excuse.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties and counsel are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered imposing such sanctions as the Court may deem appropriate pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.3(c)(3) upon Kujawski & Kujawski, counsel for the appellant, by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and by serving one copy of the same on all parties to the action on or before April 1, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon counsel for the parties by regular mail.
