| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 6, 2018, to be provided with certain material concerning the appellant's motion to dismiss the indictment to aid in the preparation of a pro se supplemental brief. Separate motion by the appellant to reargue a prior motion to extend assigned counsel's time to serve and file a reply brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2020. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be provided with certain material and the papers filed in relation thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the motion to reargue the prior motion to extend assigned counsel's time to serve and file a reply brief and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to be provided with certain material is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall provide the appellant with copies of the papers filed in connection with the appellant's motion to dismiss the indictment and the order determining that motion, and the motion is otherwise denied with leave to renew upon proper papers specifying the dates of the proceedings held in connection with the appellant's motion to dismiss the indictment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to reargue the prior motion to extend assigned counsel's time to serve and file a reply brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before May 11, 2020, the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
