Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 4, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until April 15, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
