| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two amended orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated April 29, 2019, inter alia, to amend or supplement the notice of appeal to include a certain order and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the two orders dated April 29, 2019, under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-06145 and 2019-06146, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[a][5]) and by serving and filing the brief on the appeals is extended until April 15, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
