| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered February 27, 2019. Joint motion by the appellants and the respondents to hold the appeals in abeyance pending hearing and determination of a related appeal, or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered February 27, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended until April 15, 2020, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
