Appeal by Guramrit Hanspal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 11, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the grounds that no appeal lies from the portions of the order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511), and no appeal lies as of right from the portions of the order that are not the result of a motion made on notice, and leave to appeal has not been granted (see CPLR 5701).
