Cultice, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 19, 2019. Separate motion by Felicia H. Ellsworth, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the petitioner in the proceeding.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to admit Robert D. Cultice pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to admit Felicia H. Ellsworth pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
