ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated March 11, 2020, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the respondent, "People of State of New York" and substituting therefor the appellant, "Jude Jeremiah."
