Motion by the respondents Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency and RXR Realty, LLC, to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency and RXR Realty, LLC, to serve and file a brief is extended until April 16, 2020, and the brief of the respondents Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency and RXR Realty, LLC, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
