It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an order enlarging the time to perfect the appeal and continuing the stay of the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is granted, without opposition. The tenant-appellant shall perfect their appeal by the September 2020 term, the filing deadline for which is July 15, 2020. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before August 6, 2020; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before August 14, 2020. Respondent-appellant shall continue to pay landlord-
respondent accruing use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice; as well as comply with the provisions of the stipulation of settlement dated January 23, 2018. In the event of the respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
