Motion by Katherin Carril for leave to appeal to this Court from transcripts of proceedings of the Supreme Court, Queens County, which occurred on February 4, 2020, and February 13, 2020, respectively, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
