DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Aleksandr Katsnelson for leave to appeal from four orders of the Family Court, Kings County, three dated January 24, 2020, and one dated January 29, 2020, to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
