| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2018, and October 3, 2019, respectively, to stay enforcement of a money judgment of the same court dated December 4, 2019, entered in an action entitled Matter of Quanto Capital, LLC v Northeast & Central Contractors, Inc., under Index No. 607941/19, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the orders.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the money judgment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
