Motion by the respondents Maria Alfaro-Hardy, Joanne Banco, and Village of Bayville on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 11, 2019, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 25, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 25, 2019, is vacated forthwith.
