An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 30, 2019, And petitioner-appellant having moved to vacate dismissal of the appeal, and upon reinstatement, for leave to prosecute said appeal as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, an extension of time to perfect said appeal and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the dismissal is vacated, the appeal reinstated and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to the September 2020 Term.
