An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about
December 20, 2019 which, inter alia, granted petitioner-respondent's petition to the extent that the subject license revocation was vacated and annulled, and ordered petitioner to pay a fine and suspended the liquor license for one month, And respondent-appellant having moved for an order reinstating the cancellation of petitioner's liquor license, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
