DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Karen Seltzer and Robert Seltzer for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 16, 2020, and to stay enforcement of the order and to direct that they have care and custody of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order dated March 16, 2020, is appealable as of right (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
