DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue and, in effect, renew his prior motion to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated April 11, 2019, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 27, 2019, and, in effect, to vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated December 27, 2019, as dismissed the appeal for failure to timely perfect in accordance with a scheduling order of this Court dated November 7, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
