In the Matter of Andrew Alvarez, appellant, v Kathleen Koehler, respondent. (Docket No. V-15150-18/18B)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Andrew Alvarez from a purported order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated and entered June 19, 2019. By order to show cause dated February 11, 2020, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated and entered June 19, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled proceeding.
Now, on the Court's own motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the notice of appeal is deemed to reflect that the order appealed from is dated December 9, 2019 (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied.
BALKIN, J.P., CHAMBERS, MILLER, LASALLE, JJ., concur.
