DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 6, 2019, to clarify a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2020, which denied the appellant's prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to renew the appellant's prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel and/or comply with the scheduling order of this Court dated February 4, 2020, is extended and the appellant's motion may be renewed, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the appellant's full financial situation, stating whether or not the appellant possesses any assets, both real or personal, and stating whether or not the appellant has any sources of income, and listing those sources of income, and listing all expenses.
