DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner-respondent on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, one dated August 8, 2019, and three dated September 24, 2019, to dismiss the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-13305 on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that does not result in a motion made on notice and leave to appeal has not been granted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.

BALKIN, J.P., CHAMBERS and MILLER and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
