| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and, in effect, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 11, 2016, and October 14, 2016, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered May 18, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the sale of the subject premises, located at 10 Crickett Lane, Kings Point, New York, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
