Motion by appellant for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from a decision and order on motion of this court dated December 27, 2019, which denied appellant's motion to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 13, 2019, which, on the court's own motion, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 8, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
Appellant's remedy, if she be so advised, is to perfect the appeal from the judgment of the Civil Court entered August 29, 2019 (appeal No. 2019-1400 K C).
